Hii, My Name is kalka Prasad, Currently, I am working on a well-growing startup(Music Company — Product Base Company ) as a Software Engineer. In my experience in Startup companies, there is no build rule for work. your Team Lead gives a task and you have a choice and idea and your ways, how to you going to do that work. as compare to Big MNC Companies there are already build some set of rules. so Every Software Engineer Does the Task according to the rebuild Rules. When you are working in any Good Startup so you have a lot of opportunities to learn new thing’s. Because You have lot of the pressure for the work. very rare cases when someone going to help you, otherwise you are the only one who is going to solve that problem.
